Skegness Town Junior FC are a grassroots football club affiliated with Lincolnshire FA, offering opportunities for junior grassroots football in the East Midlands.

The club has a number of junior grassroots football teams which play in the Lincolnshire CO-OP Mid Lincs Mini Soccer League.
