Astley and Buckshaw FC was established in 2004. The growth of the club demonstrates how football can be used to help build a sustainable society and form strong links within communities.
Today the football club provides the ability for over 300 children to play football, across 19 teams, 10 age groups in various leagues in additional to running a development program for 4 to 6 year olds.
The club is run by volunteers and has an open to all policy, we proudly stand by our strap line of “We strive for fun and enjoyment in a safe and friendly environment”.
The club has teams which play in the Central Lancashire Junior Football League and the Mid Lancashire Colts Junior Football League.
