Middleton and Overton Sports FC are a Lancashire FA affiliated grassroots football club in the North West of England offering opportunities for junior grassroots football.

The club has a number of junior grassroots football teams in the Kent Valley Junior Football League and the Lancaster & Morecambe Service to Youth League.
