Waterloo AFC are a charter standard grassroots football club based in Ashton-Under-Lyne in Greater Manchester, offering opportunities for junior grassroots football for boys and girls.
The club has a number of junior grassroots football teams which play in the East Manchester Junior Football League and the Tameside Football League.
