Please put the following information: Team name, prefix and age group as at 2023/24 season age group.

New Tupton Ivanhoe FC will then reply to your email with an entry form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF YOUR ENTRY WILL ONLY BE SENT OUT WHEN YOUR ENTRY FORM & FEE ARE RECEIVED.

As in past years its first come first served as the festival does fill up very quickly……don’t delay get your team registered to one of the biggest and best tournaments in the East Midlands!
