As part of the regular evaluation of grassroots football, England Football want to hear from you in our second grassroots football experience survey.
As a parent of a youth player, understanding how satisfied you are with your grassroots football experience is extremely important to us. Your feedback helps us continually improve the game.
The survey is short, and should only take 5-10 minutes. After completing it, you will have the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of ten £50 Kitlocker e-vouchers.

The survey runs multiple times during the season, giving you regular opportunities to tell us about your recent experiences of the game.
